Within the framework of “Building System MRV and Knowledge Management” component of the UNDP/GCF project “De-risking and Scaling-up Investment in Energy Efficient Building Retrofits”, implemented by “Environmental Project Implementation Unit” State Agency, information material was developed on what the Energy Management Information System (EMIS) is, why it is important for the development of the MRV system in in the sphere of buildings and the energy sector of Armenia.
