Within the scope of World Bank IDF Grant for ensuring environmental governance, inclusion and transparency in mining sector a seminar over raising the awareness of assessment of environment impact of mineral mining projects and thesis application in Gavar, Gegharkunik Region (23.03.2016).
Representatives of Gegharkunik regional administration, Gavar municipality, EPIU, Aarhus Center in Gavar, NGOs, GeoPromining company as well as employees of Karmirgyugh, Leachk, Geghhovit, Lanjaghbyur and Artanish
community administrations participated in the seminar.
During the seminar the following topics were discussed: mineral mining, raising the awareness of assessment of environmental impact, thesis application.
