Within the scope of World Bank IDF Grant for ensuring environmental governance, inclusion and transparency in mining sector a seminar over raising the awareness of assessment of environment impact of mineral mining projects and thesis application in Artashat, Ararat Region (04.03.2016).
Representatives of Ararat regional administration, Ararat and Vedi municipalities, EPIU, Aarhus Center in
Yeghvard, NGOs, employees of Jermuk and Vayk municipalities, as well as Gndevaz and Saravan communityadministrations participated in the seminar.
During the seminar the following topics were discussed: mineral mining, raising the awareness of assessment of environmental impact, thesis application.
