Project name: Harmonization of national plan of actions to combat desertification in Armenia and preparation of national report grant project
Project objective: Harmonize national plan of actions with the UN Convention on “Combat desertification” 10 year long strategic program in Armenia and preparation of national report grant project including organization of events directed to national plan of action observation and evaluation, enhancing the awareness level, development of scientific and human capabilities with the objective of national plan of action harmonization, creation and strengthening of political and institutional, financial and technologic frameworks, increase of intergovernmental responsibility in reporting processes, management of information and knowledge about multilateral agreements on environment and GEF, harmonization of index data and knowledge about other databases on soil quality deterioration.
