On April 3 2019, the final meeting with the delegation of Green Climate Fund took place in the office of SA ″Environmental Projects Implementation Unit″. Where the representatives of Green Climate Fund and “EPIU” were present, the meeting participants worked and discussed themes predefined during the previous meetings regarding the cooperation between Fund and the country.
The meeting launched with the discussion of the “Readiness Support” program, possible changes in it for effective and efficient implementation.
Afterwards, the topic of discussion has been shifted to the “EPIU”’s accreditation; it’s conditions and Master Agreement. The meeting has been summed up with a Skype call to the colleagues in Korea to discuss the future project ideas.
The visit of delegation has facilitated the interest for continuation of valuable cooperation between Armenia and Green Climate Fund.
